Can I cancel my policy? (Shopee - Electronics Protection)

The policy can be cancelled within 5 days from the delivery data of the eligible electronic device (i.e., completion of the order as shown on the Shopee platform) given that there is no associated claim request on the policy.


You may send us a Cancellation Request via email at cs.ph@iglooinsure.com. Once the cancellation is successful, the amount will be credited back to your Shopee Wallet.
