Can I cancel my policy? (Lazada - Product Liability)

Your policy will be automatically cancelled if:


1. The order transaction is cancelled

2. Your Return/Refund request with Lazada is approved

The policy can be cancelled within 5 days from the delivery date and as long as you have not clicked the "Order Received" button. To request for cancellation of your policy,  you may follow the steps below:


1. Launch the Lazada App.

2. Go to "Account".

3. Within "My Orders," select "View All Orders."

4. Identify the order transaction associated with Electronics & Appliance protection.

5. Access "Electronics & Appliance Protection" and proceed to "Return/Refund."

6. The refund amount will be credited to your Lazada Wallet.
