My claim is approved for Self Repair and I paid for the repair cost. How and when can I expect my reimbursement? (Smart Protect)

If your claim is approved, you may submit the copy of the Official Receipt, Technical report and Bank Details on the customer claims portal. Your submitted documents will be validated by Etiqa and the reimbursement will be processed via fund transfer within 3 to 5 working days.
