Why is my claim rejected? (Smart Protect)

Your claim can be rejected due to the following reasons:


  • Incomplete documents submitted

  • Invalid or conflicting detail/s and document/s were provided.

  • Scenarios are not covered by this policy. 


An email and a notification will be sent regarding the result of your Claim Request. The reason for rejecting the request will be also indicated.
