To file for a claim, you may follow the steps below:
Go to the online claim form.
Log in with your registered mobile number and key in the One-Time Password (OTP).
Select the policy and benefits you wish to claim.
Input the required details in the claim e-form and provide photos of the damaged device/police report (in case of theft), your ID and a photo of the serial number or proof of purchase.
Select preferred repair location - province and city.
Review your provided information and submit a claim request.
