How can I cancel my policy? (Gcash - Malayan Travel Master Insurance)

You may request for cancellation of your policy/ies if:

1. Canceled Flight
2. Visa denied 

The amount to be refunded is 50% less of taxes and charges and to request for cancellation, please contact Malayan Insurance at csc@malayan.com.

Please also take note that you may amend your insurance coverage as long as your trip has yet to commence or extend your period of travel for as long as it does not exceed 90 days instead cancelling your policy.
