How can I change the details of my policy? (Gcash - Malayan Travel Master Insurance)

You may request correction of details on your policy for the following reasons:

  • Wrong spelling of Beneficiary/Insured’s Name

  • Wrong birthdate

To submit a request, please contact our Customer Service by submitting a ticket and email (cs.ph@iglooinsure.com). 


The request should be 48 business hours from the covered travel date. A new COI (certificate of cover) will be issued by Malayan and will be sent to your email address.
