How can I file a claim? (Gcash - Phone Screen Protection)

To be eligible to file a claim, please make sure that your policy is activated and prepare the following details:

1. Date of damage
2. Place of damage
3. Narration and description of damage
4. Photos of damage 

Then, follow these steps:

1. Go to your Gcash App and click GInsure
2. Go to your policy page and click "File a claim"
3. Provide the required details
4. Click Submit
